Your investment will be secured by a bond and the loan agreement forms the legal structure for this.

You have the option to purchase a house in Blue Rise Village. This option must be exercised before the 10th day after the date of the fulfillment of the Suspensive Conditions as stipulated in clause 7.2 of the Loan Agreement.

Yes, clause 6 makes provision for a purchaser to notify the Seller at any time during the option period of its desire not to proceed.

If you decide not to purchase a house during the option period, you will still receive the 15% interest on your loan amount and your investment plus interest will be released on the agreed date in the loan agreement.

These documents regulated the relationship between you and the Seller, if you decide to proceed with purchasing a house.
 
If you decide not to exercise your option or cancel your option within the option period, the Sales Agreement and Building Agreement for the selected house in the development will automatically cancel and be null and void, and your investment plus interest will be paid out on the agreed dates.  
In terms of the Sales Agreement, the house will be developed as a turnkey within the agreed period.
 
On the date of registration of the house in the name of the Purchaser, the attorneys will set-off the loan plus interest against the purchase price.     
The Security Trust has registered a mortgage bond over the property and this ensures that the purchaser will always have the first right to reclaim the value.
