Investors will receive 15% interest on their investment.
You have the option to purchase a house in Blue Rise Village. This option must be exercised before the 10th day after the date of the fulfillment of the Suspensive Conditions as stipulated in clause 7.2 of the Loan Agreement.
If you decide not to purchase a house during the option period, you will still receive the 15% interest on your loan amount and your investment plus interest will be released on the agreed date in the loan agreement.
